Elaborated with some reserve wine aged slowly in oak barrels, this cuvee raises a wine round, aromatic and pleasant with his yellow fruit aromas and his vanilla's and toasted aromas and flavors.

Our ratafia is traditionally made by addition of Marc and Fine Champagne to the non-fermented must. With 18% of alcohol by volume, its ageing in oak barrels brings its intense amber color and dry fruits, crystallized fruits and prune notes.
